Problem

In SCW's highly competitive industry, the first to reply to a quote request often wins the order. Manually identifying parts, pricing, and customer details slowed sales reps down costing opportunities and revenue.

Solution

We integrated OpenAI's API into SCW's database, e-commerce, and CRM systems and developed a quote generation engine that:

• • Identifies part numbers and requested quantities from customer or sales rep emails
• • Gathers customer information automatically
• • Generates quotes in the e-commerce system and notifies sales reps for review

Problem

The client was facing an unexpectedly tight deadline to implement the next version of their bid planning platform and needed to migrate data to the new version of their database.
